ABOUT US
William Kao is the CEO of Titan Management and Mandy Kao is the Director of Operations. In 1995, the Kaos bought their first foreclosure apartment in Las Vegas, Nevada. In collaboration with neighboring businesses and the local community, they added a metro police substation to combat crime and as a result, the area improved, and thus the property value increased for the entire neighborhood.
