OUR PROPERTIES
Titan Management has launched a new division focused on developing and building single-family rental communities in Houston, Texas. In 2020, Park Lane Homes began construction at The Grove, a 65 unit build-to-rent SFR community in Oak Forest.
Additionally, Park Lane Homes has launched a new development in Spring Branch, named Oaks at Laverne, featuring 68 single-family homes and townhomes. Park Lane Homes intends to continue developing attractively priced, yet captivating build-to-rent communities within the greater Houston suburbs.
Titan Management has extensive experience in the acquisition and management of multifamily housing. We seek undervalued or underperforming properties in key markets and use our expertise to maximize the return on investment through renovation and repositioning.
